Software Traction acquired by Certus

You have been redirected here because in February 2011 Software Traction was acquired by Certus, making the combined organisation the largest specialist IBM services company in Australia/New Zealand, with the greatest breadth and depth of service across all IBM software brands.

Commenting on the acquisition at the time, CEO Brian Allen said, “Certus customers will welcome the additional depth of expertise in Rational and Tivoli products which Software Traction adds to our business; Software Traction’s customers will likewise appreciate the benefits of a considerably larger supplier with complementary expertise to that traditionally provided by Software Traction.”

Since then, Certus has acquired another Australian company – Focus Strategies and Solutions, a business intelligence and information management consultancy, and IBM’s Cognos partner of the year for four years running.
