University of Auckland assets safe

University of Auckland minimises asset risks with IBM Maximo

It must also maintain and offer access to facilities and computer networks for its faculty and students while providing them with privacy and security, all in an environment of constant change.

The Challenge

Existing Maximo version 4.0.3 user the University of Auckland wanted to upgrade to Maximo 6.2.1 and deploy the solution across its complex array of property assets. The challenge was to gain more control over job costing and project tracking; increase financial rigour and consolidation between the asset register and the financial systems; and better reconcile project and maintenance spending.
