We are currently looking for an experienced Lotus Notes / Domino Developer to work on a Contractor basis.

Based in Wellington, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a challenging team as a Contractor and be part of a growing business. There is potential for this role to develop into a permanent position.

To be successful, demonstrating the following technical skills and experience would be advantageous:

• Workflow application development in Lotus Notes and Web Environment;
• Familiarity with Notes supported programming languages such as Notes Formula, JavaScript, LotusScript, HTML and AJAX;
• Experience with Lotus Domino web based development;
• The ability to upgrade legacy applications to modernise and improve usability;
• Testing all facets of applications;
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management framework;
• A minimum of five years Lotus Notes / Domino programming experience;

Personal skills required to succeed in this role are:

• The ability to work independently and on more than one project at a time;
• A ‘can-do” attitude to ensure the job gets done with minimum support from other team members;

We are currently seeking an Associate Software Licensing Specialist.  In this role you will be mentored to grow from a Customer Services Representative to progress into a Licensing Specialist role specialising in IBM software licensing. You will work closely with the ANZ Software Licensing Manager in supporting their team’s work through providing sales administration and software quoting following the Certus Renewal Methodology. 

Your key duties will be:

• Following the Certus Renewal Methodology for IBM and other Software Renewals.
• Quoting for New Software purchases
• To achieve an agreed transaction target by following the Certus Renewal Methodology from existing clients and ensuring complete customer satisfaction when dealing with the Organisation.
• Responding to Customer licensing queries.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

•  A minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in a Customer Service or Office Administration role
•  An interest in learning and developing an in-depth understanding of IBM Licensing concepts, including how  PVU’s are measured and impact IBM server licensing
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• The ability to gather and analyse information quickly and accurately
• Relationship building skills, especially over the phone
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• An energetic and outgoing personality
• Experience working with the Microsoft suite of products
• Experience working in an IT environment
