Program Features

  • Domino Infrastructure Support
    On establishment, an audit of your environment will determine the optimum configuration for your business and will establish remote support services. IBM Certified consultants provide Domino help desk services on demand.
  • Proactive Monitoring
    Monthly monitoring of your environment will ensure that best practices are maintained. You can configure your support program to include the following proactive monitoring tasks:
    • Statistics - Review monthly statistics reports and advise corrective action if required;
    • Mail Health Check - Analyse dead mail, routing, mail statistics;
    • Best Practices - Ensure the best practices settings recommended haven't changed, or address why changes have been made and consider any updates that may be required due to change in circumstance or requirements (for example, the introduction of a new application may require different configuration for optimum performance);
    • Database Audit Check - Ensure databases are optimised and check issue analysis log (installed during establishment);
    • Licensing - Perform a basic software licensing check to ensure the number of operating clients corresponds to the number of licences held;
    • Backups - Assist with a test restore of databases;
    • Remote Monitoring – Monitoring critical tasks including HTTP and portal server, mail traffic and Lotus Sametime (if enabled);
    • Security – Review web, portal, Domino access and database security configuration and make recommendations as improvements to security are introduced.
