iNTERACT User Centred Design

In this age of technology exploitation, we tend to engineer solutions or applications which unfortunately lack focus on user experience strategies and the user community. The gap between user expectation, workflow and end product usability reduces the value proposition of a solution.

iNTERACT has been designed to bridge this gap to deliver web sites that both look good and perform well.  Based on ISO-13407, our approach focuses on achieving quality applications with high usability by incorporating user centred design activities throughout the life cycle of enterprise web solutions and applications.  

This approach has been shown to deliver many benefits including reduced application maintenance costs and shorter time to market.  Consider the following:

  • Good usability leads to satisfied, purchasing and returning customers. Bad usability leads to angry customers and potential losses.
  • Usability improves conversion rate. Conversion rate is measured by purchases against traffic
  • Focus on the user experience enhances brand positioning and credibility
  • When bridging the gap between user expectations and the delivered application, development, maintenance and training costs can be reduced and productivity and user adoption increased
