Our People

Certus Solutions employs a quality team of IBM-certified software and infrastructure professionals operating from Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Auckland and Wellington. Each of our principal consultants has a diverse range of real-world experience creating business solutions and supporting thousands of users. This experience ranges from business process analysis to custom application design and development, end-user support, system administration and training.

Brian Allen CEO	Brian Allen has been instrumental in the strategic development of a number of successful IT software and service companies. Brian was appointed a director of Certus Solutions in 2005. He holds a BS (Distinction) in Public Accounting from St Cloud University in Minnesota, USA and did post-graduate studies in Management Information Systems at the University of Minnesota.
Greg Woolley Director	Greg Woolley co-founded Certus Solutions in 1999. Alongside his governance responsibilities as a founding director of the company, Greg manages the Enterprise Middleware Solutions line. Greg graduated from the University of Auckland with a BE (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Tom Reich Director	Tom Reich has extensive experience in the IT industry and over 20 years in the business intelligence and information management sectors in the US and Australia. In 2003 Tom founded Focus Strategies and Solutions, which became an Australian leader in business analytics and IM. Focus became a Certus company in 2011 and Tom was appointed to the Certus board of directors.
Maarten van der Zeyden Director	Maarten van der Zeyden has a background in utility business strategy and reforms with particular emphasis on business transformation and protocols. He is on the Certus board of directors and is also responsible for the Enterprise Asset Management line of Certus' business. Maarten holds a BE - Electrical and Electronic from the University of Auckland.
Anthony Koukoullis General Manager ANZ Enterprise Collaboration Services	Anthony Koukoullis joined Certus as principal Domino consultant. His understanding of development best practice coupled with a focus on innovative solutions led to his current role as General Manager Enterprise Collaboration Services, Australia and New Zealand. Anthony graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Auckland.
Penny Miller HR Manager	Penny Miller, Certus HR Manager, is responsible for strategic and operational functions across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to her appointment at Certus, Penny was HR Director at one of New Zealand's largest law firms. She has also held senior HR management positions in several professional consultancy firms within the educational and accounting sectors.
Erwin Kerbus General Manager Enterprise Content Management	Erwin Kerbus had over 15 years European experience leading large systems development and integration teams and transformational work programs before joining Certus. Currently he leads the Enterprise Content Management line of business. Erwin holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Utrecht.
Dave Hickling General Manager Enterprise Infrastructure Services	Dave Hickling has over 16 years experience working with infrastructure business solutions in both a sales and technical capacity. He is responsible for overall management, strategy, and activities of the Enterprise Infrastructure Services business unit. His experience includes working for IBM UK covering Southern England, Scotland, Ireland, France and Germany. Dave holds a Diploma in Business Computing.
Annette Henry Managing Director Australia	Annette Henry is responsible for managing Certus Solutions Pty Limited, the Australian arm of the Certus business, bringing a focus on corporate governance and strategic business planning to the management team.. She also has overall responsibility for the Licensing line of business. Annette is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Master of Business in Information Technology.
Brett Wilgar COO	Brett Wilgar is Chief Operating Officer of Certus, with responsibility for Finance and Administration. He brings to the Certus role many years financial management experience in international software organisations. Brett holds a BComm from the University of Otago.
