Single Customer View Portal
Certus Solutions has designed and implemented a number of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions that provide a 'single customer view' for the delivery of next generation customer-centric services.
A single customer view CRM system allows users to quickly and effectively access and update customer data via an easy to use, rich user interface. This includes the ability to view an entire customer's case management history and navigate to information quickly to provide a higher level of service to customers.
The solution provides an interface to your existing customer management applications and processes, that allows users to capture all contact points with a customer, maintain the information, and search and report on the information stored. Whether a customer is emailed, faxed, phoned, is included in mail-outs or surveys, all these contact points are captured via a customised version of Contact Manager, Support Manager, and Campaign Manager from the Certus Component Library.
The application utilises Lotus Notes/WebSphere architecture, with real-time updating of customer data in the DB2 customer database using Lotus integration tools.
