Responsibilities
Functional set-up
Configure point-to-point routing
Configure Queues / Subscriptions
Configure Adapters / Business Objects
Functional monitoring
Passive monitoring based on logs, databases
Functional support
Assess functional incidents (bugs, source data errors, master data errors)
Resolution of incidents, distributing the errors to specific domains/teams
Resubmission of failed messages from SAP
Resubmission of failed messages from WS monitoring tools
Technical support
Examine logs, status messages to identify root cause
Liaise with technical teams
Analysis after incident resolution and reporting
Must have at least 3yrs related work experience in the following areas
Knowledge of Integration process
Knowledge of WebSphere Message Broker env.
Knowledge of Mapping Development
Knowledge of MQ Series
Knowledge of Relational Databases
Knowledge of SAP
Knowledge of formats

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager – IM/BA to augment the Certus sales team. Based in our Melbourne office, this role will take responsibility for providing sales execution for the Information Management and Business Analytics Line of Business.
Key Accountabilities of the Job:
- Business development and sales
- Achievement of sales revenue and margin goals – services and product
- Develop and execute territory plans
- Develop and maintain enterprise account strategies and plans for all key accounts
- Maintain high commercial standards in business acquisition operations
- Work with Marketing department on value propositions & lead generation campaigns and events
- Foster long term relationships with customers
- Develop the relationship with appropriate IBM Sales and Management personnel

- Maximise the revenue and gross margin performance of Certus IM/BA division as well as the overall company performance
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Tertiary and professional qualifications
- Well-networked with potential customer base (Government and medium to large Corporate) – preferably C-level team
- Knowledge of Solution Selling
- Must have knowledge and experience selling in the Information Management solutions space
- Desirable to have knowledge and experience selling in the Business Intelligence space
- Knowledge of the IBM specific software/solutions in this space would also be well regarded
- Business Development experience at a senior level within the software and services market.
